摘要
目的:确认洁净区环境的空气微生物指标经过氧化氢干雾灭菌器的预设参数灭菌处理后达到预期的灭菌效果,符合洁净区的微生物限度要求。方法:过氧化氢干雾灭菌器把过氧化氢液体形态变成纯正的干雾形态,使其弥漫至整个灭菌的空间进行熏蒸灭菌,灭菌过程结束后,通过测试灭菌洁净区的过氧化氢气体灭菌浓度分布均匀性、过氧化氢干雾灭菌效果的生物指示剂实验确认、洁净区的沉降菌监测、洁净区的浮游菌监测、空气中过氧化氢残留监测等五项指标来验证干雾灭菌器对洁净区环境的灭菌效果。结论:经过过氧化氢熏蒸灭菌后,洁净区域环境的微生物被有效杀灭,过氧化氢残留符合要求,对洁净区环境无影响,经过氧化氢干雾灭菌器的灭菌处理后,洁净区的微生物限度指标达到预期要求。
Objective:To confirm that the air microbial index in the clean area can achieve the expected sterilization effect after sterilization with the preset parameters of hydrogen oxide dry fog sterilizer and meet the microbial limit requirements in the clean area.Methods:The hydrogen peroxide dry fog sterilizer changes the liquid form of hydrogen peroxide into pure dry fog form and diffuses it into the whole sterilization space for fumigation sterilization.After the sterilization process,it is confirmed by testing the uniformity of hydrogen peroxide gas sterilization concentration distribution in the sterilization clean area,the biological indicator experiment of hydrogen peroxide dry fog sterilization effect,the detection of settling bacteria in the clean area.The sterilization effect of the dry fog sterilizer on the environment of the clean area is verified by five indexes,such as the detection of planktonic bacteria in the clean area and the detection of hydrogen peroxide residue in the air.Conclusion:after hydrogen peroxide fumigation and sterilization,the microorganisms in the clean area environment are effectively killed.The hydrogen peroxide residue meets the requirements and has no impact on the clean area environment.After the sterilization treatment of hydrogen oxide dry mist sterilizer,the microbial limit index in the clean area meets the expected requirements.
