摘要
为解决采煤机摇臂变形容易导致其内部传动系统损坏的问题,基于截割电机、耦合轮系和行星轮完成机电短程截割传动系统的总体设计,完成截割电机的选型和耦合轮系、行星轮系各级齿轮参数的确定,并建立截割-牵引耦合模型,对截割-牵引调速方式和牵引调速方式对耦合轮系、行星轮系啮合力和块煤率、生产率等参数进行对比,最终得出最佳运动参数优化调节方式。
In order to solve the problem that the deformation of the rocker arm of coal mining machine can easily lead to the damage of its internal transmission system,the overall design of electromechanical short-range cutting transmission system is completed based on cutting motor,coupling wheel system and planetary wheel,and the selection of cutting motor and the determination of gear parameters of coupling wheel system and planetary wheel system at all levels are completed,and the cutting-traction coupling model is established to compare the parameters of cutting-traction speed regulation method and traction speed regulation method on coupling wheel system and planetary wheel system mesh force,block coal rate and productivity,and finally the optimal adjustment method of motion parameters is derived.
