摘要
为解决胶带机传动驱动控制系统在满载、超载工况下的启动延时、冲击大等问题,在对胶带机双动力合成系统基本原理分析的基础上,分别设计了基于恒压频比调速原理的电机变频调速系统和液压驱动系统,并完成了双动力合成装置的设计,并基于AMESim软件对胶带机双动力合成系统的动力输出性能进行仿真分析,得出可观的控制效果。
In order to solve the problems of delayed start and large impact under full-load and overload conditions,the motor frequency conversion speed control system and hydraulic drive system based on the principle of constant voltage to frequency ratio speed control were designed and the design of the dual power synthesis device was completed.
