摘要
为解决刮板输送机链条传动系统刮板输送机实际应用中容易出现故障的问题,在对刮板输送机基本结构进行分析的基础上,以SGD320/17B刮板输送机为研究对象,通过建立1∶1的模型重点对链传动系统的加速度和张力波动情况进行实验研究,旨在评估该型设备链条传动系统的可靠性及是否会导致严重的故障,为其他型号刮板输送机的评估和改进提供案例参考。
In order to solve the problem that the scraper conveyor chain drive system scraper conveyor is prone to failure in practical application,based on the analysis of the basic structure of scraper conveyor,the acceleration and tension fluctuation of the chain drive system is focused on SGD320/17B scraper conveyor as an example by establishing a 1:1 model for experimental study,aiming to evaluate the reliability of the chain drive system of this type of equipment and whether it will lead to the purpose is to evaluate the reliability of the chain drive system of this type of equipment and whether it leads to serious failures,and to provide a case reference for the evaluation and improvement of other types of scraper conveyors.
