摘要
钻孔灌注桩具有适用范围广、噪声扰动小、成桩直径不受限制的特点,它在现代房建工程施工中得到了广泛应用,对于提高施工水平与工程质量具有重要意义。为进一步加大钻孔灌注桩技术推广应用力度,本文简要叙述了钻孔灌注桩技术的优势和主要施工方法,阐述了钻孔灌注桩技术的工艺流程及操作要点,研究了钻孔灌注桩技术常见问题与解决措施,以供相关人员参考。
Bored cast-in-place pile has the characteristics of wide application scope, small noise disturbance, and unlimited pile diameter. It has been widely used in modern building construction projects and is of great significance to improve the construction level and engineering quality.In order to further strengthen the popularization and application of bored pile technology, the advantages and main construction methods of bored pile technology are briefly described in this paper, the technological process and operation points of bored pile technology are expounded, and the common problems and solutions of bored pile technology are studied for reference.
