摘要 核燃料组件是核反应堆中不可或缺的重要部件,其质量关乎整个核电站的安全性和经济性。对压水堆乏燃料组件进行破损检测,是防止核电站燃料棒破裂、放射性裂变产物泄漏等安全事故的有效技术手段。首先介绍核燃料组件破损检测系统的自动化控制方案设计,其次阐述检测系统的工作原理与组成部分,最后概述基于Modbus TCP/IP协议在LabVIEW开发环境下破损检测软件系统与西门子S7-1500系列PLC的通信过程。经调试实验,证明了上位机系统与下位机通信的重要性。 Nuclear fuel assemblies are an indispensable and important part of nuclear reactors,and their quality is related to the safety and economy of the entire nuclear power plant.Damage detection of PWR spent fuel assemblies is an effective technical means to prevent nuclear power plant fuel rod ruptures,radioactive fission product leakage and other safety accidents..This paper firstly introduces the design of the automatic control scheme of the nuclear fuel assembly damage detection system,and explains the principle and components of the detection system.In the communication process of PLC,the importance of the communication between the upper computer system and the lower computer is proved by the debugging experiment.
