摘要
根据国家重大活动气象保障精神要求,在历次增雨抗旱以及2015年9月3日阅兵消云减雨保障试验的成功经验基础上,采取江西新余国科科技股份有限公司制造的远程控制地面燃烧炉作业,选择典型地区开展北京地区冬季人工增雪试验,然后利用获得的各类观测资料分析作业效果,检验该人工增雪方式是否可行和是否能够有效增加冬季降水,从而为后续提升人工影响局部环境保障能力提供参考。
According to the spirit of meteorological support for major national activities,based on the successful experience of previous rainfall enhancement and drought relief and the support test of cloud elimination and rain reduction for the military parade on September 3,2015,the remote-controlled ground combustion furnace manufactured by Jiangxi Xinyu Guoke Technology Co.,Ltd.is adopted to carry out the artificial snow enhancement test in winter in Beijing in typical areas,Analyze the operation effect by using the obtained observation data to test whether the artificial snow increase method is feasible and can effectively increase winter precipitation,so as to reference for the subsequent improvement of the guarantee ability of artificial impact on local environment.
