摘要
目的研究整体护理运用于急性上消化道出血患者护理中的效果。方法入选对象确诊急性上消化道出血,病例搜集时间段在2019年9月至2020年9月,入选病例数共计90例。采用随机数字表法进行分组(两组)研究,每组45例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用整体护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组的一次性止血成功率、再出血率、SAS评分、SDS评分、并发症发生率、护理满意度、证候积分、手术时间、住院时间和生活质量评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理运用于急性上消化道出血患者护理中,能提高治疗效果,控制再出血率,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,改善证候积分、生活质量情况,缩短手术时间以及住院时间,可以推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of holistic nursing in the nursing of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods The selected subjects were diagnosed with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.The case collection period was from September 2019 to September 2020.The number of selected cases was 90.The random number table method was used to conduct research into groups(two groups),with 45cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given holistic nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of one-time hemostasis,rebleeding rate,SAS score,SDS score,complication rate,nursing satisfaction,syndrome score,operation time,hospital stay and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall nursing applied in acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients nursing,can improve the treatment effect,control the rate of rebleeding,improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing services,improve syndrome score,quality of life,shorten the operation time and hospital stay,can be promoted and applied.
