民宿创业成功的关键要素与理论逻辑:基于扎根理论分析 被引量:19

The Key Elements and Theoretical Logic of the Success of Homestay Entrepreneurship:Based on Grounded Theory Analysis

摘要 现阶段我国民宿创业实践如火如荼,民宿作为一种重要的旅游吸引物和新业态,彰显出巨大的投资创业前景。然而,如何实现民宿创业成功却成为行业难题,而学界又缺少对民宿创业成功议题的关注及针对性探讨。鉴于此,本研究基于多源访谈数据资料,运用扎根理论构建了民宿创业成功的多维整合模型,系统地揭示了民宿创业成功的关键要素与理论逻辑。研究发现:(1)外部要素“创业环境”(资源禀赋、地理条件、产业背景、制度环境、社会状况)、内部要素“创业者特征”(先前经历与经验、创业能力、情怀动机、创业精神)和“创业资源”(资金资源、人力资源、技术资源)、过程要素“创业战略”(产品与服务导向、品牌战略、民宿活动)和“创业学习”(获得性学习、探索性学习)是影响民宿创业成功的五个关键要素。(2)五要素内部各维度相互独立,既能单独影响民宿创业成功,又能部分叠加对其产生共同影响。(3)创业战略、创业学习与民宿创业成功可能构成阶段上的动态循环关系。本研究有助于理解民宿创业现象及成功背后的理论逻辑,深化了中小企业创业研究的理论体系及内容框架,为中小企业创业成功及可持续发展提供理论依据和实践启示。 As an important tourism attraction and a new business format,homestay is increasingly becoming one of the most dynamic components of Chinese tourism small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),showing great prospects for investment and entrepreneurship.Meanwhile,the practice of Chinese homestay entrepreneurship shows great uniqueness and complexity,which has evolved into a characteristic economic phenomenon,generating profound impacts on tourism consumption,business model,social culture and economic development.However,with the explosive growth of homestay,negative issues(e.g.,blind investment,weak revenue and homogenization of products)emerge frequently.As such,most homestays operate miserably and ineffectively,ending in failure.Therefore,how to achieve the success and sustainable development of homestay entrepreneurship has become a difficult problem in the industry,urgently requiring practical exploration and theoretical response.However,the existing studies on the influencing factors of entrepreneurial success are fragmented and decentralized,with an ignorance of the homestay entrepreneurial success issues.In fact,the entrepreneurial activities of SMEs like homestays are affected by a series of complex factors,e.g.,entrepreneurial subjects and the entrepreneurial environment.Thus,only by fully combining the characteristics of entrepreneurship in the industry and systematically excavating the influence logic of key elements can the operators better promote the entrepreneurial success of homestays and other SMEs.Nevertheless,under the wave of entrepreneurship in China,homestays have undergone many changes,including cultural requirements,business subjects and functional forms.As a result,previous theoretical results based on general entrepreneurial phenomena are difficult to adapt to the homestay entrepreneurial practice.Therefore,based on multi-source interview data,this study uses grounded theory to construct a multi-dimensional integration model of homestay entrepreneurial success,and systematically reveals the
