碳化对沿海水闸工程的影响及长期服役性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 沿海水闸处于复杂的工作环境之中,对水闸寿命有重要影响。文章采用理论分析+现场检测的方法,对沿海地区水闸工程的碳化问题和长期服役性能进行了研究。结果表明:氯离子侵蚀和海水腐蚀环境会加速水闸混凝土的碳化,同时水位变动区的碳化损伤又显著大于其他区域的碳化损伤;对沿海地区水闸闸墩碳化的可靠度指标进行计算,得到沿海地区不同水闸的长期服役状态,得出需要对三里闸、烧香河闸以及车轴河闸闸墩进行大修或者拆除重建的结论;根据研究结果,提出了防碳化处理措施和碳化处理方法,可为沿海地区水闸工程的长期运行提供借鉴。 The coastal sluice is in a complex working environment. It has important influence on the service life of the sluice. The carbonization problem and long-term service performance of the sluice project in coastal area are studied by means of theoretical analysis and field detection in the paper. The results show that the chloride ion erosion and seawater corrosion environment can accelerate the carbonization of the sluice concrete. Meanwhile, the carbonization damage in the water level fluctuation area is significantly more serious than that in other areas. The reliability index of carbonization in sluice piers in coastal areas is calculated. The long-term service status of different sluices in coastal areas is obtained. It is concluded that the sluice piers of Sanli Sluice, Shaoxianghe Sluice and Chezhouhe Sluice should be overhauled or dismantled and rebuilt. The anti-carbonization-treatment measures and carbonization treatment methods are proposed according to the research results, which can provide reference for the long-term operation of the sluice projects in the coastal areas.
