摘要
对长距离管线自重下沉式下置施工过程中的应力进行了分析。根据实际工况,建立了管线下置过程中的数学模型和仿真模型,通过理论计算和数值模拟的手段,分析了管线下置过程中的最大应力状态,并分别计算得到了对应的应力值。随机采集了一条管线焊缝在整个下置过程中的应变值,结合记录的下置工况,分析了最大应力值及其所处位置。三种方式计算得到的最大应力值分别为:277.75 MPa、276.3 MPa、252.2 MPa,均小于管线及焊缝的许用应力值,结果验证了自重下沉式下置施工的可行性和安全性。
The stress in the construction process of self-weight sinking of long-distance pipeline is analyzed.According to the actual working conditions,the mathematical model and simulation model of the pipeline lowering process are established.By means of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,the maximum stress state in the process of pipeline lowering is analyzed,and the corresponding stress values are calculated respectively.The strain value of a pipeline weld during the entire lowering process is randomly collected,and the maximum stress value and its location are analyzed in combination with the recorded lowering conditions.The maximum stress values calculated by the three methods are:277.75 MPa,276.3 MPa,and 252.2 MPa,which are all smaller than the allowable stress values of pipelines and welds.The results verify the feasibility and safety of self-weight sinking construction.
