摘要
建立转阀带间隙的内部流场模型,通过Fluent软件仿真,得到了温度对内泄漏的综合影响规律:随着温度的升高,内泄漏逐渐增大,增大趋势逐渐缓慢;温度越高,阀口开度对泄漏量的影响越大,阀口开度越大,间隙泄漏越小;温度升高的同时,改变了油液的密度和黏度,黏度的改变使内泄漏变化较为显著。
The internal flow field model of rotary valve with clearance is established.Through Fluent software simulation,the comprehensive influence law of temperature on internal leakage is obtained.The law shows that with the increase of temperature,the internal leakage gradually increases and the increasing trend gradually slows down;the higher the temperature,the greater the influence of the valve opening on the leakage,the greater the valve opening,and the smaller the clearance leakage;the increase of temperature changes the density and viscosity of oil at the same time,and the change of viscosity makes the change of internal leakage more significant.
