摘要
化工企业和其他产业的企业相比,具备较高的特殊性,主要因为化工生产过程中,多数产品都具有易燃易爆及有毒有害的特点,生产中涉及高温高压等工艺,很容易发生火灾爆炸事故,给企业和及其员工带来经济损失和人身安全威胁。化工企业的工作人员应树立正确的安全意识,强化安全管理力度势在必行。基于此,文章阐述了化工企业安全管理的重要意义,提出几点培养人员安全意识的建议和安全管理的措施。
Compared with enterprises in other industries,chemical enterprises have higher particularity,mainly because most products in the production process of chemical enterprises have the characteristics of flammability,explosion,toxicity and harm.The production involves high-temperature and high-pressure process,which is prone to explosion and combustion accidents,which poses a threat to the safety and life of enterprises and employees.It is imperative for the staff of chemical enterprises to establish correct safety awareness and strengthen safety management.Based on this,this paper expounds the significance of safety management in chemical enterprises,and puts forward some suggestions on cultivating personnel safety awareness and safety management measures.
