摘要
鉴于光腔衰减相移光谱技术(Cavity Attenuated Phase Shift,CAPS)检测优势,文章研制了基于正交矢量相移测量技术的CAPS二氧化氮分析仪。通过性能测试,该分析仪性能指标远小于HJ654对NO_(2)分析仪的技术要求,能满足大气环境NO_(2)监测需求。在与APIT200U的两周室外比对测试中,该仪表趋势基本与T200U一致,相关系数R^(2)达到0.9718,表明该分析仪具有较好的稳定性与准确性。
In view of the detection advantages of CAPS,This article developed a CAPS nitrogen dioxide analyzer based on quadrature vector phase shift measurement technology.Through the performance test,the comprehensive performance indicators are much smaller than the technical requirements of HJ654 for NO_(2) analyzers,which can meet the atmospheric environment NO_(2) monitoring needs.In the two-week outdoor comparison test with T200U of API,the trend of the instrument is basically consistent with T200U,and the correlation coefficient R^(2) reaches 0.9718,indicating that the analyzer has good stability and accuracy.
