摘要
为了提升高速铁路无砟轨道中CA砂浆的低温性能,研究了SBS单独改性、纳米碳纤维CNFs单独改性和SBS/CNFs复合改性对CA砂浆抗压强度和抗折强度的影响,并分析了不同龄期下砂浆抗压强度和抗折强度的变化规律。结果表明,SBS掺量不会对CA砂浆的7d抗压强度产生明显影响,但是28d抗压强度、7d和28d抗折强度会随着SBS掺量增加而减小;随着CNFs掺量从0增加至2.5%,CNFs改性CA砂浆的7d和28d抗压强度和抗折强度逐渐上升;SBS和CNFs复合改性对CA砂浆抗压强度和抗折强度都会随着CNFs掺量的增加而先增大后减小,在CNFs掺量为1.5%时取得最大值。SBS和CNFs复合改性对CA砂浆强度的影响规律不会因为龄期而发生改变,即SBS和CNFs复合改性CA砂浆抗压强度和抗折强度随着CNFs掺量增加而先增大后减小,在CNFs掺量为1.5%时取得最大值。
In order to improve the low temperature performance of CA mortar in ballastless track of high-speed railway,the effects of SB S alone modification,CNFs alone modification and SB S/CNFs composite modification on the compressive strength and flexural strength of CA mortar were studied,and the variation laws of compressive strength and flexural strength of mortar at different ages were analyzed.The results show that the content of SBS has no significant effect on the 7d compressive strength of CA mortar,but the 28d compressive strength,7d and 28d flexural strength will decrease with the increase of the content of SBS;With the increase of CNFs content from 0 to 2.5%,the 7d and 28d compressive strength and flexural strength of CNFs modified CA mortar gradually increased;The compressive strength and flexural strength of CA mortar modified by SBS and CNFs will first increase and then decrease with the increase of CNFs content,and the maximum value will be obtained when the CNFs content is 1.5%.The influence law of SBS and CNFs composite modification on the strength of CA mortar will not change due to age,that is,the compressive strength and flexural strength of SBS and CNFs composite modified CA mortar first increase and then decrease with the increase of CNFs content,and the maximum value is obtained when the CNFs content is 1.5%.
