苯并噁嗪/环氧树脂/粉煤灰复合材料制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 苯并噁嗪树脂是一种新型的热固性树脂,凭借其出色的力学性能和耐热性能得到广泛的关注,然而其固化物质脆的问题限制了其进一步应用。采用环氧树脂体系对其进行改性,可以在有效地提升其韧性的同时保持其出色的耐热性,然而进一步提升基于苯并噁嗪/环氧树脂体系的韧性和强度是目前亟待解决的一个问题。该研究将硅烷偶联剂改性后的粉煤灰与苯并噁嗪/环氧树脂共混,制备了不同粉煤灰含量的苯并噁嗪/环氧树脂/粉煤灰共混体系。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对粉煤灰改性效果进行了表征;采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析仪(TGA)、万能试验机等研究了粉煤灰添加量对共混体系固化物热性能、微观结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着粉煤灰含量的增加,苯并噁嗪/环氧树脂/粉煤灰复合材料的热稳定性基本保持不变,冲击强度和弯曲强度呈先升高后降低的趋势。当粉煤灰含量为3%时,复合材料的热稳定性好,冲击强度达到19.38±1.73 kJ·m^(-2),弯曲强度达到113.4±6.56 MPa,相比苯并噁嗪/环氧树脂复合材料分别提高了14.3%、25.01%。 Benzoxazine resin is a new type of thermosetting resin,which has attracted extensive attention due to its excellent mechanical properties and heat resistance.However,the brittleness of its cured material has always limited its further application.Modifying it with epoxy resin system can effectively improve its toughness while maintaining its excellent heat resistance.However,further improving the toughness and strength of benzoxazine/epoxy resin systems is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,fly ash modified by silane coupling agent is blended with benzoxazine/epoxy resin,benzoxazine/epoxy resin/fly ash blend systems with different fly ash contents were prepared.The modification effect of fly ash was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).By differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA),universal testing machine,etc,the effects of the amount of fly ash added on the thermal properties,microstructure and mechanical properties of the cured product of the blend system were studied.The results show that with the increase of fly ash content,the thermal stability of benzoxazine/epoxy resin/fly ash composites remains basically unchanged,and the impact strength and flexural strength show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the fly ash content is 3%,the thermal stability of the composite material is good,the impact strength reaches 19.38±1.73 kJ·m^(-2)and the flexural strength reaches 113.4±6.56 MPa,compared with benzoxazine/epoxy resin composites,they were increased by 14.3%and 25.01%respectively.
