摘要
当下,高校学生社团发展存在部分管理者对社团自治性认识不充分、社团发展定位侧重于拓展交际而对育人目标理解存有偏狭、社团管理机制不够规范、优秀社团文化促进社团发展的功能逐渐减弱等问题。以帕森斯的AGIL模型理论为参照,高校学生社团的发展路径是:提升社团管理者的能力素养,制定适宜的育人目标并将其贯穿于社团活动全过程,关注社团成员内部需求并完善社团管理制度,注重优秀社团文化的传承以增强社团价值引领功能。
There exist some problems in the development of college students’ associations,such as the failure to understand the autonomy of associations in some managers,the focus on expanding communication while the narrow understanding of educational objectives in the orientation of association development,the lack of standardization in management mechanism and the gradual weakening of the function of association development promoted by excellent association culture. Referring to Parsons’ s AGIL model theory,we should develop college students’ associations by improving the ability and quality of association managers,formulating the appropriate educational objectives and running them through the whole process of association activities,paying attention to the internal needs of association members to perfect the association management system,emphasizing the inheritance of excellent association culture to enhance the value leading function of the associations.
