摘要
研制一种可自行调控垫肩高度的临床医用调控垫肩枕装置,该装置由头颈枕和肩枕2个部分组成,头颈枕由头枕和颈枕为一体式气囊,肩枕包括底座和支撑板,底座固定连接头颈枕,内部设有电源控制器、活动连接支撑板和电动伸缩杆,底座背侧面设有左右气囊。在手术应用医用调控垫肩枕装置,可有效调控手术操作者需要的合适高度,提高行锁骨下深静脉置管、气管插管及气管切开等手术操作成功率,缩短操作时间,减少体位不佳导致操作失败引起的并发症发生率等。医用调控垫肩枕装置设计合理、使用方便,可用于急诊、重症、麻醉等科室。
To develop a kind of clinically medical controlled pillow device for supporting shoulder which could adjust the height of pillow by itself.The device consists of the head and neck pillow,and shoulder pillow.The head and neck pillow is composed of head pillow and neck pillow as an integrated air bag,and the shoulder pillow consists of a base and a support plate.The base is fixed and is connected to the head and neck pillow,which equipped with a power controller,a movable connection support plate and an electric telescopic rod.And the back side of the base is set with left and right air bags.In the application of surgery,the medical controlled pillow device for supporting shoulder can effectively adjust the appropriate height that can meet the requirement of operator of surgery,and improve the success rates of subclavian deep vein catheterization,endotracheal intubation and tracheotomy and other operation of surgery,and shorten the operation time,and reduce the incidence of complications caused by poor posture which leads to failure of operation.The medical controlled pillow device for supporting shoulder is reasonable in design,and is convenient in use,which can be used in emergency,critical,anesthesia and other departments.It is worth to be popularized and used.
