摘要
应对气候变化将是在21世纪全体人类所需要面对的一大挑战。我国做出的碳中和承诺对于全球应对气候变化来说具有里程碑的意义,体现了我国在促进人类命运共同体当中的决心以及担当。在碳中和目标下,我国商业银行发展绿色金融面临着新的挑战,比如缺乏统一的绿色金融标准体系、绿色金融业务水平有待提升、风险管理能力有待进一步提升,这都制约了商业银行的长远发展。我国商业银行应该积极应对绿色金融发展面临的挑战,通过建立健全绿色金融标准体系、提高商业银行绿色金融业务水平、积极应对绿色金融风险,促进我国早日实现碳中和的目标。
How to deal with climate change will be a major challenge faced by all mankind in the 21st century.China’s commitment to carbon neutrality is a milestone in the global fight against climate change.It demonstrates China’s determination and responsibility in promoting a community.Under the carbon neutral goal,commercial banks are facing new challenges in developing green finance in our country.For example,China lacks a unified green finance standard system,and the level of green finance needs to be improved.There are hidden risks in the development of green finance.We can see that they all restrict the longterm development of commercial banks.Commercial banks should actively respond to the development of green finance is facing challenges in our country.China can achieve the goal of carbon neutrality at an early date by establishing and improving the green finance standard system,improving the green finance business level of commercial banks,and actively dealing with green finance risks.
