摘要
农村生活垃圾分类处理是满足农村居民对美好生活需要的必要措施。随着全国垃圾分类试点的持续推进,农村生活垃圾分类处理在制度化建设上、意识提升上、合作机制建设上都有所改进,但仍面临垃圾分类意识不强、基础设施不全、处理能力有限、长效机制不足的困境。因此,要营造积极的社会舆论环境,构建专业的生活垃圾处理体系,引入多元合作的环境治理模式,以有效提升农村生活垃圾分类处理的效能。
The classification and treatment of rural domestic waste is a necessary measure to meet the needs of rural residents for a better life.With the continuous advancement of the national waste classification pilot,the rural domestic waste classification treatment has improved in institutional construction,awareness raising and cooperation mechanism construction,but still faces the dilemma of weak awareness of garbage classification,incomplete infrastructure,limited processing capacity and insufficient long-term mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to create a positive social public opinion environment,build a professional domestic waste treatment system,and introduce a multi-cooperative environmental governance model,so as to effectively improve the efficiency of rural domestic waste classification and treatment.
