摘要
为保证当地居民生产生活安全,本工程对湖北省仙桃市境内杀鼠剂污染的17832 m^(3)污染土壤完成修复及管控。砷污染土壤采用阻隔填埋的方式进行风险管控;苯并[a]芘污染土壤采用异位化学氧化进行修复;砷-苯并[a]芘复合污染土壤采用异位化学氧化及阻隔填埋双重保障;氟乙酰胺、四亚甲基二砜四胺污染土壤采用水泥窑协同处置技术进行处理。本工程的有效实施为历史遗留杀鼠剂污染土壤的治理提供技术参考。
In order to ensure the production and life safety of local residents,the project has completed the restoration and control of the 17832 m~3 polluted soil contaminated by rodenticides in Xiantao City,Hubei Province.The risk of arsenic-contaminated soil is controlled by means of barrier landfill;the benzo(a)pyrene contaminated soil is remediated by ectopic chemical oxidation;the arsenic-benzo(a)pyrene complex polluted soil adopts the double protection of ectopic chemical oxidation and barrier landfill;the soil contaminated with fluoroacetamide and tetramethylene disulfone tetramine is treated by cement kiln co-processing technology.The effective implementation of this project provides a technical reference for the treatment of rodenticide-contaminated soil left over from history.
