摘要
在我国,地理标志的保护存在农产品地理标志体系和地理标志证明商标体系。在长治市土特产的保护中,两种体系均有使用。地理标志的注册人和权利人是两个不同的群体。在对地理标志产品进行保护和开发的过程中,应提升对地理标志重要性的认识,防止地理标志转化为通用名称。
In China,the protection of geographical indications includes the system of geographical indications for agricultural products and the system of certification marks for geographical indications.In the protection of local specialties in Changzhi City,both systems are used.The registrants and rights holders of geographical indications are two different groups.In the process of protection and development of geographical indication products,awareness of the importance of geographical indications should be raised to prevent the conversion of geographical indications into generic names.
