摘要
“两面人员”是抗战时期中共隐蔽斗争机制运行中的一个重要群体,对中共的生存发展起到了重要作用。“两面人员”构成较为复杂,形成路径包括中共的争取与改造、中共干部的打入、中共的动员等。“两面人员”的心态经历了一个从不情愿、担心害怕到承担任务的阶段。经过动员,华北抗日根据地形成了一个广泛的“两面人员”群体。“两面人员”的运作充分体现了“两面性”的独特优势,但还需要任职人员的个人素质、斗争方式的变化及日伪军的“允许”等多种因素的配合。为了保证“两面人员”持续发挥作用,中共采取多种措施,对其加强管理、训练与控制。“两面人员”的历史正是危机时刻下中共斗争理念的精彩写照。
The“two-sided personnel”is an important group in the operation of CPC’s covert struggle mechanism during the Anti-Japanese War,and played an important role in the survival and development of CPC.The formation of“two-sided personnel”is complicated,and its formation path includes the CPC’s struggle and transformation,the infiltration of CPC cadres,and the mobilization of CPC.The ambivalent mindset passes from reluctance and fear to commitment.Through mobilization,the anti-japanese forces in North China formed a broad group of“personnel on both sides”.The operation of the“two sides personnel”fully embodies the unique advantages of the“two sides”,but it also needs the coordination of various factors,such as the personal quality of the staff,the change of fighting mode and the“permission”of the Japanese puppet army.In order to ensure that the“two sides personnel”continue to play a role,the CPC has taken various measures to strengthen their management,training and control.The history of the“two sides”is a wonderful portrayal of the CPC’s struggle philosophy in times of crisis.
