蒸发式冷凝器喷淋区循环水温度分布特征

摘要 通过搭建的蒸发式冷凝器制冷系统试验平台,探究了在不同的风量和水量作用下,蒸发式冷凝器喷淋区循环水温度分布情况。结果表明,在实验范围内喷淋区循环水温度纵向分布中存在峰值,且随着风量的增加,峰值位置上移,换热区域的潜热换热量占比增加,显热换热量占比减小,蒸发式冷凝器换热效率提高。 The experimental platform of evaporative condenser refrigeration system was built to test the water temperature distribution in the heat exchange zone of evaporative condenser under different air and water volume.The results show that there is a peak value in the water film longitudinal temperature distribution,and with the increase of air flow,the peak positi on moves up,the proportion of latent heat transfer increases and the proportion of sensible heat transfer decreases.
