重庆地区市售禽畜血制品源性成分调查分析报告

摘要 了解重庆地区销售禽畜血制品源性成分情况,为开展市场上禽畜血制品制假、售假、贩假风险评估提供数据支持。文中采用实时荧光PCR法对29份样品进行鸭、鸡和猪源性成分测定。其中8份鸭血中全部检测出鸭源性成分,4份检出鸡源性成分。21份血旺中,检出猪源性成分16份,检出鸭源性成分3份,检出鸡源性成分7份。 By knowing the sales of source ingredients of livestock and blood products in Chongqing,this study provides data support for risk assessment of manufacturing,selling and selling counterfeits livestock and blood products in the market.Determining 29 samples of duck,chicken and pig by real-time PCR,duck origin components were detected in 8 samples and chicken origin components were detected in 4 samples.Among the 21 samples,16 were identified as porcine,3 as duck and 7 as chicken.
