摘要
随着人才培养与科技创新的日益紧密结合,新背景下的“四新”建设业已成为探索不同学科间的接触点、培育学科增长点、完善甚至重构知识体系的实践过程。不同学科或问题领域存在不同的知识属性和知识特征,必须把握住不同学科交叉演进的阶段性,即根据知识整合与知识生产所处的阶段,分类推进交叉学科建设。强调应用性和场景性、融入新技术、牵系人类命运走向、以提升国际话语权为使命,是“四新”建设的共同特征。如何构建面向开放知识的新型制度体系是“四新”建设之路上不容忽视的“大问题”。
With the increasing integration of talent training and scientific and technological innovation,the“Four-New”Construction against the new background has become a practical process of exploring the contact points between different disciplines,cultivating the growth points of disciplines,and perfecting and even reconstructing the knowledge system.Different disciplines or problem areas in general mean diverse knowledge attributes and knowledge characteristics,hinging on the necessity to grasp the stage of cross evolution of different disciplines,that is,to promote the construction of new disciplines according to the stage of knowledge integration and production.The common characteristics of the“Four-New”Construction are:emphasizing applications and scenarios,integrating new technologies,advancing the shared future for mankind,and enhancing international discourse rights.How to build a new system towards open knowledge is a“crucial issue”that cannot be ignored on the road to the“Four-New”Construction.
