摘要
目的探讨术前耳穴揿针联合常规护理对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年1月在徐州市中医院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的80例患者作为研究对象,将其应用抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者于术前应用常规护理,观察组患者于术前应用耳穴揿针联合常规护理。对比2组的疼痛程度、胃肠道功能恢复情况、住院治疗时间、护理满意度及生活质量。结果与术前比较,2组在术后12 h、24 h及3 d的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均降低(P均<0.05);观察组在术后12 h、24 h及3 d的VAS评分均比对照组低(P均<0.05)。观察组的术后肛门首次排气时间、术后首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均较对照组早(P均<0.05),住院治疗时间比对照组短(P<0.05)。护理3 d后,2组的生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)各项评分均高于同组护理前(P均<0.05);观察组的GQOLI-74各项评分及护理满意度各项评分均比对照组高(P均<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术前应用耳穴揿针可以有效缓解患者的疼痛情况,缩短其胃肠道功能恢复和住院治疗时间,并提高其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative auricular acupoint pressing needle combined with routine nursing on patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy at Xuzhou City Hospital of TCM from June2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by drawing lots,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing before the operation,and the patients in the observation group were given auricular acupoint pressing needle combined with routine nursing before the operation.The pain intensity,gastrointestinal function recovery,hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the two groups at 12 hr,24 hr,and 3 days after operation were decreased compared to those before the operation(all P<0.05).The VAS scores of observation group at 12 hr,24 hr,and 3 days after operation were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The first anal exhaust time,first defecation time,and bowel sound recovery time of the observation group were earlier than those of the control group(all P<0.05),and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 days of nursing,the scores of various items of generic quality of life inventory-74 scale(GQOLI-74)in the two groups were higher than those before nursing(all P<0.05).The scores of GQOLI-74 and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Application of auricular acupoint pressing needle before laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively relieve the pain of patients,shorten the gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time,and improve the quality of life.
