摘要
六经辨证涵盖三阴三阳、脏腑、经络、运气等多种理论,临床上可灵活运用治疗各类疾病。六经之间相互影响,通过开阖枢和标本中气不断变化,维持生命之气周流不止。立足孤独症谱系障碍患儿本身,从太阳、阳明、少阳、太阴、少阴、厥阴这6个界面对孤独症谱系障碍进行论治,虽不能治愈疾病,但可以改善患儿整体情况。故文章将从六经辨证角度对孤独症谱系障碍的病因病机及治疗进行探析,并列举验案说明,为临床上治疗孤独症谱系障碍提供更广阔的思路。
Six channels syndrome differentiation theory covers three yin and three yang,viscera,meridian and yunqi theory,used in various diseases flexibly.The six channels interact with each other to maintain the qi of life constantly flowing through the theory of‘opening-closing-pivoting’and‘qi in specimen’.Based on the children with autism spectrum disorder themselves,taiyang,yangming,shaoyang,taiyin,shaoyin,and jueyin are used to treat this disease.Although it cannot cure the disease,it can improve the overall condition of children.Therefore,this paper analyzes the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of autism spectrum disorder from the perspective of six channels syndrome differentiation,and illustrates it with clinical cases to provide a broader idea for the clinical treatment of autism spectrum disorders.
