摘要
心脏瓣膜脱垂病在心脏病中的发病率日益凸显,其引发的反流性瓣膜病以及对人们生活质量的影响亦备受关注,李平教授在肝主筋的基础上提出了“心之筋为瓣膜”的理论,并以此为基础治疗心脏瓣膜脱垂病,以“筋痿”为主要病机,分别从“虚”“陷”两大病因以及“补”的治法认识心脏瓣膜脱垂病,着重运用补益之法,从“补益脾胃,升阳举陷”的思路来治疗心脏瓣膜脱垂病,方选补中益气汤,经过临床实践应用,能够有效改善患者胸闷胸痛、心慌、气短等症状,还可降低患者心衰、心律失常甚至死亡的发生率。
The incidence rate of heart valve prolapse is increasing in heart disease,and itsinduced valvular regurgitation and the impact on people′s quality of life have also attracted much attention.Professor Li Ping put forward the theory of heart tendon as valve based on liver governing tendons,and applied it to the treatment ofheart valve prolapse.With tendon flaccidity as the main pathogenesis,Professor Li recognized heart valve prolapse from two major causes(deficiency and drooping)based on the treatment principle of tonifying,and treated the disease from the idea of tonifyingand replenishing spleen and stomach,elevating yang and raising the drooping.Through clinical practice,BuzhongYiqi Decoction could improve the symptoms of chest oppression,chest pain,palpitation and shortness of breath,and reduce the incidence of heart failure,arrhythmia and even death,which provided a strong basis for the clinical treatment of heart valve prolapse.
