摘要 传统汽车底盘后半部结构设计方法的风阻系数降低程度较小,导致无法有效降低整车能量的消耗量,汽车动力性能无法得以根本提升。为解决上述问题,提出新的基于风洞模型和压力分布云图的汽车底盘后半部结构优化设计方法。通过有限元方法分析汽车外流场。确定汽车外形结构,提取结构特点、分析结构尺寸,根据有限元模型和风洞模型得到初始条件,分析汽车外部的流场性能,建立车辆底部压力分布云图,优化汽车电池包和悬架结构,以提高汽车动力性能。实验结果表明,提出的汽车底盘后半部结构优化方法能够有效降低整车的风阻系数,减少车辆行驶过程的消耗能量,提高车辆的动力性,具有较为理想的应用性。 The wind resistance coefficient of the rear part of the traditional vehicle chassis structure design method is reduced to a small extent, which leads to the inability to effectively reduce the energy consumption of the vehicle, and the inability to fundamentally improve the vehicle’s dynamic performance.In order to solve the above problems, a new structural optimization design method of the rear part of automobile chassis was proposed based on wind tunnel model and pressure distribution cloud map. The automobile outflow field was analyzed by finite element method. The external structure of the vehicle was determined, the structural characteristics were extracted, the structure size was analyzed, the initial conditions were got according to the finite element model and wind tunnel model, the external flow field performance of the vehicle was analyzed, the vehicle bottom pressure distribution cloud map was established, and the vehicle battery pack and suspension structure was optimized, so as to improve the vehicle dynamic performance. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the wind resistance coefficient of the vehicle, reduce the energy consumption during the vehicle driving, and improve the dynamic performance of the vehicle, so it has a relatively ideal application.
