摘要
探讨了新时代背景下高职院校劳动教育现状与对策。基于高职院校劳动教育存在的问题,分析产生劳动教育问题的原因。论述了新时代高职院校加强劳动教育的作用,表现在有利于人才培养,有利于院校办学。提出了新时代高职院校劳动教育的提升对策:做好教育管理,拓展劳动教育途径;优化课程设置,提升师资队伍建设;提高劳动意识,发展学生劳动技能;完善评价机制,保障评价的科学性;建设劳动文化,促进学生全面发展。高职院校当前应充分认识劳动教育的作用,在结合院校特色、学生需求的基础上,积极探索提升劳动教育的新对策,提升劳动教育水平,提高学生的劳动能力及劳动意识。
The study explores the current situation and countermeasures of labor education in higher vocational colleges in the new era.Based on the problems of labor education of higher vocational colleges,the study analyzes the causes of labor education,and discusses the function of strengthening labor education in the new era.It is beneficial to talent training and school running.The improvement countermeasures of labor education of higher vocational colleges in the new era are proposed,i.e.to do well in education management,widen labor education pathway;optimize curriculum setting,improve teaching staff construction;improve labor consciousness,develop student labor skill;perfect evaluation mechanism,guarantee the scientificness of the evaluation;create labor culture,promote the student comprehensive development.Higher vocational colleges should fully recognize the function of labor education,actively explore the new countermeasures to improve labor education level,student labor ability and consciousness based on the school characteristics and student’s demand.
