浅埋暗挖隧道地层变形及超前注浆技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 为探究深孔注浆和超前小导管注浆对浅埋暗挖隧道地层变形的影响,以郑州地铁5号线文化路站~花园路站浅埋暗挖隧道实际工程为背景。采用数值模拟手段,通过计算隧道典型断面开挖注浆后地层的竖向变形及拱腰处水平位移数据,与施工现场监测变形数据的比对,验证得出深孔注浆和超前小导管注浆对浅埋暗挖隧道的加固效果,为类似地层的工程提供借鉴经验。 In order to explore the influence of deep hole grouting and advanced small conduit grouting on the formation deformation of shallow buried tunnels,this paper takes the actual tunnel project from Wenhua Road Station to Huayuan Road Station of Zhengzhou Metro Line 5 as the background.By means of numerical simulation,the vertical deformation of the stratum and the horizontal displacement data of the arch waist after excavation and grouting of the typical section of the tunnel are calculated and compared with the monitoring deformation data of the construction site.It is verified that the reinforcement effect of deep hole grouting and advanced small conduit grouting on shallow buried tunnels is obtained,which provides reference experience for similar stratum projects.
