摘要
目的(1)探讨10%BW(body weight)作为日常负重是否具有科学性。(2)测试增厚肩带能否有效提升双肩包背负舒适度。方法选取13名22-24周岁的成年女性作为试验对象,分别使用原肩带与加厚肩带,背负重量为10%BW的双肩包完成规定运动。使用NOKOV光学三维运动捕捉系统测量受试者的躯干角度,并用血压计、运动手环及量表记录其生理数据与主观感受。结果(1)背包重量为10%BW时,女性受试者的躯干角度与心率、血压较无负重时均无显著性差异;(2)加厚肩带组的受试者主观疲劳度与局部不舒适度评分结果均显著优于原肩带组。结论(1)10%BW可以作为22-24岁周岁成年女性的日常安全背负重量,不会对其脊柱与肌肉健康造成严重伤害。(2)可通过加厚肩带的方法提高背负舒适感,缓解肩颈疲劳。
Objective(1)To explore whether 10%BW is scientific as the daily load weight.(2)To test whether the thickened shoulder strap can effectively improve the comfort of the backpack.Methods 13 female adults aged 22-24 were selected to carry a backpack with 10%of body weight using the original shoulder straps and the thickened shoulder straps respectively,and then complete the prescribed exercise.The NOKOV optical 3D motion capture system was used to measure the torso Angle of subjects,and the blood pressure monitor,exercise bracelet and scale were used to record the physiological data and subjective feelings.Results(1)when the backpack weight was 10%BW,the trunk Angle,heart rate and blood pressure of subjects did not show significant differences.(2)The subjective fatigue and local discomfort scores of subjects in the thickened shoulder strap group were significantly better than those in the original shoulder strap group.Conclusion(1)10%BW can be used as daily load weight for females aged 22-24 years,without causing serious injury to their spine and muscle health.(2)The shoulder strap can be thickened to improve the comfort and relieve shoulder and neck fatigue.
