脑震宁颗粒安神药队改善脑震荡模型小鼠学习记忆与空间认知能力的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究脑震宁颗粒对脑震荡小鼠模型学习记忆与空间认知能力的影响。方法:采用振动法对ICR小鼠造模,随机分为脑震宁颗粒全方组、实验1组(全方去柏子仁、枣仁、茯苓)、实验2组(全方去枣仁)、实验3组(全方去柏子仁),连续给药6 d,应用Morris水迷宫实验观察不同给药对脑震荡记忆损伤的治疗作用,并分析脑震宁颗粒的组方意义。结果:定位航行实验、空间探索实验指标全方组、实验1组、实验2组、实验3组均优于模型组(P<0.05,P<0.01),全方组效果最佳。结论:脑震宁能提高脑震荡模型小鼠的学习记忆及空间认知能力,酸枣仁、柏子仁、茯苓是改善脑震荡对记忆损伤的主要药物,全方对脑震荡后记忆损伤治疗的效果最佳。 Objective:To study the influence of Naozhening granules on learning,memory and spatial cognition of cerebral concussion model mice.Methods:The ICR mice model of cerebral concussion were prepared by vibration method,then were randomly divided into Naozhening granules group,experimental group 1(removing semen biotae,semen ziziphi spinosae,poria from Naozhening granules),experimental group 2(removing semen ziziphi spinosae from Naozhening granules)and experimental group 3(removing semen biotae from Naozhening granules).The mice were administered continuously for 6 days,and Morris water maze experiment was used to observe the therapeutic effects of different administration on memory impairment of cerebral concussion,and to analyze the significance of Significance of prescription composition.Results:The indexes of positioning navigation experiment and space exploration experiment were better than those of the model group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the effect of Naozhening granules group was the best.Conclusion:Naozhenning granules can improve learning,memory and spatial cognition ability of cerebral concussion model mice,and semen biotae,semen ziziphi spinosae,poria are the main herbs to improve the memory damage caused by cerebral concussion.Naozhenning granules whole prescription has the best effect on memory impairment after cerebral concussion.
