摘要
目的 了解宁夏农村地区老年人自评健康现状和影响因素,为政府相关部门开展有针对性的干预措施、实现健康老龄化和积极老龄化提供依据。方法 利用“农村居民家庭卫生健康询问调查”2019年随访数据,最终筛选年龄≥60岁并且调查时在家常住(指在此居住≥0.5年)的农村老年人作为本次调查对象,采用有序Logistic回归分析自评健康状况的影响因素。结果 自评健康为“非常好/很好”的183例(9.2%),“好”的455例(22.9%),“一般”的749例(37.6%),“差”的604例(30.3%)。有序Logistic回归分析显示,宁夏农村地区老年人自评健康状况的相关影响因素中男性(OR=0.690)是保护因素;两周内有不适(OR=1.886)、一年内有住院(OR=2.020)以及患有慢性病(OR=2.654)是危险因素(P均<0.05)。结论 宁夏农村老年人自评健康水平较低,女性、两周内有不适、一年内有住院和有慢性病的自评健康状况较差。
Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of self-rated health of the elderly in rural areas of Ningxia,so as to provide the basis for relevant government departments to carry out targeted interventions to achieve healthy aging and active aging.Methods Based on the 2019 follow-up data of the "Household Health Inquiry Among Rural Residents",rural elderly people who were aged ≥60 years and had permanent residence at home(referring to living here for≥0.5 years)at the time of the survey were finally screened out as the subjects of the survey.The influencing factors of their self-rated health status were analyzed by ordered Logistic regression.Results 183 cases(9.2%)rated the health as "very good",455 cases(22.9%)as "good",749 cases(37.6%)as "normal" and 604 cases(30.3%)as "poor".The results of ordered Logistic regression analysis showed that among the relevant influencing factors for the self-rated health of the elderly in rural areas of Ningxia,men(OR=0.690)were the protection factor;Discomfort within two weeks(OR=1.886),hospitalization within the year(OR=2.020)and chronic disease(OR=2.654)were risk factors(P all<0.05).Conclusion The self-rated health level of the elderly in rural areas of Ningxia is low.The self-rated health status of female,discomfort within two weeks,hospitalization within the year and chronic diseases is poor.
