摘要
国家认同是一种心理活动,指向一国公民整体对本国的归属认知和情感依附,是一个国家繁荣稳定的精神根源。新加坡作为一个移民国家,从一开始就面对着国家认同缺失的困境,这就给政府提出了构建国家认同的迫切要求。总的来看,新加坡的国家认同构建逻辑是按照动力由浅入深,由外及内的标准以三层阶梯式的递进层级展开的:第一级阶梯是基于经济发展绩效而产生的国家认同情感,这里的认同动力基本来自于外部力量推动;第二级阶梯的工作注重促进各民族融合,淡化狭隘的民族认同,此时认同构建动力开始向内力自生模式转化;第三级阶梯着力通过发掘更深层次的文化底蕴,凝聚各民族共识,塑造统一国族,内力自生成为这一阶段的主要动力。
National identity is a citizen’s sense of belonging to the country.As an immigrant country,Singapore’s national identity construction task is the spiritual root for the national prosperity,the logic of building Singapore’s national identity is a three-tiered ladder:The first level of the ladder is the emotion of identification based on the performance of economic development,and the motivation of identification is an external force;The second level of ladder focuses on promoting ethnic integration,and the power of identity building begins to transform internally;The third step is to explore a deeper cultural heritage and shape a unified nation,with internal strength being the main driving force.
