摘要
焊接作为一种基础工艺,广泛应用于工业制造的各个领域。焊接及其作业过程中产生的弧光、电磁辐射、有毒气体及烟尘颗粒不仅污染环境,也对从业人员的身体健康造成了极大的危害。焊接烟尘是焊接生产中对健康环境影响最为复杂且治理难度最大的伴生危害,因此开展焊接烟尘治理的研究对改善焊接生产环境及保护从业人员身体健康具有重大意义。本文综述了焊接烟尘的形成机理、危害及治理措施,分析了在工程应用中焊接烟尘治理存在的问题,指出了焊接烟尘治理的发展方向。
As a basic process,welding is widely used in various fields of industrial manufacturing.Arc light,electromagnetic radiation,toxic gas and smoke particles generated during welding and its operation not only pollute the environment,but also cause great harm to the health of employees.Welding fume is an associated hazard with the most complicated impact on health and environment in welding production and the most difficult to control.Therefore,the research on welding fume con‐trol have great significance to the welding production environment and the health of employees.This paper reviews the for‐mation mechanism,harm and control measures of welding fume.The problems existing in welding fume control in engineer‐ing application are analyzed,and the development direction of welding fume control is pointed out.
