摘要
为了解决传统采集模块存在的采样精度低、动态范围小、采样通道少等问题,设计了基于AD7760的振动信号采集与控制系统。系统采用模块化设计,主要包括电源模块、信号调理模块、采集传输模块以及上位机显示模块。测试选用振动传感器M350B04,信号通过调理通道处理后使用24位高精度ADC采集数据到FPGA,通过以太网将数据发送到上位机对振动信号数据进行显示、存储、回读和时频域分析处理。结果表明该系统能够实现95 dB以上的大动态范围信号采样,测试结果与B&k3629振动传感器校准系统对比误差在0.5%以内,具有广泛应用前景。
In order to solve the problems of low sampling accuracy,small dynamic range,and few sampling channels in traditional acquisition modules,a vibration signal acquisition and control system based on AD7760 was designed.The system adopted modular design and was mainly divided into four main modules,power supply module,signal conditioning module,acquisition and transmission module and host computer display module.The vibration sensor M350B04 was selected for the test.The signal was processed by the conditioning channel and then collected data to the FPGA with a 24-bit high-precision ADC.Finally,the data was sent to the host computer through Ethernet to display,store,read back,and analyze and process the dynamic signal data in the time-frequency domain.The results show that the system can achieve a large dynamic range signal sampling of more than 95 dB,and the test result is within 0.5%of the comparison error of B&k3629 vibration sensor calibration system,which has a wide range of application prospects.
