摘要
文中研制了一种电磁式振动能量收集器,可实现WSN节点自供能工作。针对电磁式振动能量收集器建立了电磁感应模型,分析了电磁式振动能量收集器的线圈尺寸对输出性能的影响。采用COSMOSWorks有限元软件模态分析方法,研究了3种拓扑结构的圆弹簧共振模态和频率,完成样机尺寸的优化设计。加工组装了一系列样机,并对其幅频特性、负载特性进行测试与分析,结果显示共振频率越低,振动速度和幅度越大,输出电压越大,最大为2#铜样机的3.04 V,1#铜样机输出功率最大为2.28 mW。
In this paper,an electromagnetic vibration energy collector was developed,which can realize the self energy supply of WSN nodes.In this paper,the electromagnetic induction model of the electromagnetic vibration energy collector was established,and the influence of the coil size of the electromagnetic vibration energy collector on the output performance was analyzed.Using the modal analysis method of COSMOSWorks finite element software,the resonant modes and frequencies of circular springs with three topological structures were studied,and the optimal design of prototype size was completed.A series of prototypes were processed and assembled,and their amplitude frequency characteristics and load characteristics were tested and analyzed.The results show that the lower the resonance frequency is,the greater the vibration speed and amplitude are,and the greater the output voltage is.The maximum output power of 2#copper prototype is 3.04 V,and the maximum output power of 1#copper prototype is 2.28 mW.
