摘要
阐述一种高效的LED驱动芯片的电路设计,它内置100V高压供电电路,减少了芯片的引脚和外围元件,采用连续导通模式恒流控制电路,减小功率管和整流二极管的损耗。此芯片采用100V BCD工艺流片。测试结果表明,芯片工作效率高、输出电流纹波小、系统成本低、寿命长。
This paper describes the circuit design of an efficient LED driver chip. It has a built-in 100 V high-voltage power supply circuit, which reduces the pins and peripheral components of the chip. It adopts a continuous conduction mode constant current control circuit to reduce the loss of power tube and rectifier diode. The chip adopts 100 V BCD process. The test results show that the chip has low output current and high ripple efficiency.
