摘要
设计并制造了一种新型电磁主动吸振器。对其执行机构进行结构设计和磁路建模,基于Jmag电磁仿真得到电磁力输出特性及磁场分布,测试其输出力特性。结果表明:新型吸振器大大降低了集肤效应,最大输出力达280.725 N,输出力与电流的线性度为93.58%~98.38%。此研究对于优化吸振器的设计和抑制舰船机械设备振动具有工程意义。
A new type of electromagnetic active vibration absorber was designed and manufactured.Actuator was taken as the research object,structural design and magnetic circuit modeling was conducted on it based on electromagnetic design principles,and the electromagnetic force output characteristics and magnetic field distribution were obtained based on Jmag electromagnetic simulation,and the output force characteristics was got through experiments.The research results indicates that:the new vibration absorber clears off the skin effect,the maximum output force is 280.725 N,and the linearity between the output force and the current is 93.58%~98.38%.This research dictates certain engineering significance for suppressing the vibration of ship machinery and equipment and the design and optimization of new vibration absorbers.
