摘要
细胞外囊泡是一种由细胞主动向外释放的膜性小囊泡,可装载DNA、RNA、脂质和蛋白质,是细胞间通信的重要调节者。细胞外囊泡由外泌体、微囊泡和凋亡小体组成,其中研究最全面的是外泌体。免疫细胞来源的细胞外囊泡通过调节免疫系统来增强或抑制免疫活动,在抗肿瘤过程中发挥重要作用。本文综述了细胞外囊泡的生物发生、提取与纯化和载药方法,重点介绍了免疫细胞来源的细胞外囊泡用于肿瘤治疗的研究进展。
Extracellular vesicles are membranous vesicles actively secreted by cells,which can carry DNA,RNA,lipids and proteins,and are important regulators of intercellular communication.Extracellular vesicles are composed of exosomes,microvesicles and apoptotic bodies,among which exosomes are the most comprehensively studied.Extracellular vesicles derived from immune cells enhance or inhibit immune activity by regulating the immune system and play an important role in the anti-tumor process.In this review,the biogenesis,extraction,purification and drug loading methods of extracellular vesicles were reviewed,with emphasis on the research progress of immune cell-derived extracellular vesicles used in tumor therapy.
