摘要
目的:建立汉桃叶药材的质量标准。方法:分别对不同产地汉桃叶药材进行显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别;参照《中国药典》2020年版四部通则方法对汉桃叶药材水分、总灰分、浸出物进行测定。结果:汉桃叶药材显微特征明显;薄层色谱鉴别中,在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的荧光斑点;汉桃叶药材水分、总灰分、醇溶性浸出物范围分别为4.90%~6.15%,3.27%~4.95%,7.28%~8.55%。结论:该方法操作简单,结果稳定可靠,可为汉桃叶药材质量控制提供参考依据。
Objective To establish quality standard for S.leucantha.Methods Microscopic identification and thin layer chromategraphy(TLC)identification were established for S.leucantha from different habitats.According to the four general principles method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia published in 2020,the moisture content,total ash and extract of S.leucantha were determined.Results The microscopic features were proper and the same color fluorescence spots were displayed at the same position as the reference substance chromatography in the TLC identification.The moisture content,the total ash and the alcohol-soluble extractives were 4.90%-6.15%,3.27%-4.95%,7.28%-8.55%.Conclusion The method is simple,stable and reliable,which can provide a reference for the quality control of S.leucantha.
