摘要
蜂窝夹芯板是飞机结构中理想的、效率最高的结构形式之一。本文针对不同结构、不同尺寸参数的蜂窝夹芯板进行了试验研究,重点分析了尺寸参数、结构形式等因素对蜂窝夹芯板在振动载荷作用下动态响应的影响情况,进而探究不同条件对试验件疲劳寿命的影响,分析了尺寸参数、结构形式对蜂窝夹芯板动态响应及疲劳性能的影响,为后续工程设计和试验方法研究提供有效支撑。
Composite honeycomb sandwich panel is one of the ideal and the most efficient structural forms for aircraft structures.This paper focuses on the experimental study of honeycomb sandwich panels with different parameters.The change of dynamic response and fatigue lifespan of test pieces with different structural form and size parameters is analyzed emphatically.Furthermore,the influence of different parameters on the vibration fatigue lifespan of test pieces is explored after analyzing the test results,which provides effective support for subsequent engineering design and test methods.
