可展开机构自锁铰链的误差分析与公差优化设计

摘要 为了保障卫星可展开机构的在轨可靠展开锁定,采用矢量环法和直接线性化方法构建了自锁铰链的几何误差模型,并基于Monte Carlo法对其进行了误差分析。基于遗传算法和公差成本模型,在建立自锁铰链关键尺寸公差的优化设计模型后,对铰链关键尺寸公差进行了优化设计。 In order to ensure the reliable deployment and locking of satellite deployable structure in orbit,the geometric error model of joint is constructed based on vector loop method and direct linearization method,and the error sensitivity is analyzed based on Monte Carlo method.Based on the genetic algorithm and tolerance cost model,optimal design model of the joint key tolerance is established,and optimal design of the joint key dimension tolerance is carried out.
