苯甲酸酯类紫外吸收剂的合成及性能

摘要 设计并合成了5种取代苯甲酸(2-氧代环戊基)酯3a~3e。采用^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR、FT-IR和HRMS等分析手段对所合成的化合物结构进行了表征,考察了它们的紫外吸收特性及光稳定性。结果表明:化合物3a、3c、3d和3e对短波紫外线(UVC)具有较好的吸收性能,其中,化合物3d对UVC的摩尔吸光系数最高为21540 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),4种化合物在此区域的光稳定顺序为:3c>3d>3e>3a;化合物3b、3c和3d具备中波紫外线UVB和长波紫外线UVA的吸收性能,化合物3c显示了较对照品更佳的吸收性能,其摩尔吸光系数最高为19600 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),3种化合物在此区域的光稳定顺序为:3b>3c>3d。 Five kinds of substituted benzoic acid(2-oxocyclopentyl)esters 3a~3e were designed and synthesized.The structures of the synthesized compounds were characterized by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR,FT-IR and HRMS.Their UV absorption characteristics and photostability were investigated.The results showed that compounds 3a,3c,3d and 3e were sensitive to short wave UV(UVC),the molar absorption coefficient of compound 3d to UVC was up to 21540 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),the order of photostability of the four compounds in this region was 3c>3d>3e>3a.Compounds 3b,3c and 3d had the absorption properties of UVB and UVA,the photostability order of the three compounds in this region was 3b>3c>3d.Among the three compounds,3C showed better absorption properties than the control,its molar absorption coefficient was 19600 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).
