磁微粒化学发光法在食品中百草枯残留量检测的应用研究

摘要 百草枯(Paraquat,PQ)又称巴拉利,是一种有效的除草剂,具有触杀作用和一定内吸作用,能迅速被植物绿色组织吸收,制其枯死。百草枯在植物中容易产生残留,对人体毒性极高,且无特效解毒药,是人类急性中毒死亡率最高的除草剂,但因其高效、实用性,仍然未能完全杜绝其应用,每年百草枯中毒现象仍时有发生。因此,建立快速、准确、灵敏的食品中百草枯残留检测对有效监测食品安全、控制农药滥用具有非常重要的意义。本文利用磁微粒化学发光免疫检测方法对百草枯6个不同浓度的标准液C_(1)~C_(6)进行了定量分析。结果表明,该方法准确性、灵敏度、特异性、精密度以及稳定性分析均优于国家标准要求。 Paraquat(PQ),also known as Balali,is an effective herbicides.It has contact killing effect and certain internal absorption effect,which can be quickly absorbed by plant green tissue to make it wither.Paraquat is easy to produce residues in plants,highly toxic to human body,and there is no specific antidote.It is the herbicide with the highest mortality of acute poisoning in human beings.However,due to its high efficiency and practicality,the application of paraquat is still not completely eliminated,and paraquat poisoning still occurs from time to time every year.Therefore,the establishment of rapid,accurate and sensitive detection of paraquat residues in food is of great significance to effectively monitor food safety and control pesticide abuse.In this paper,6 different concentrations of paraquat standard solutions C_(1)~C_(6) were quantitatively analyzed by magnetic particle chemiluminescence immunoassay.The results show that the accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,precision and stability of the method are better than the requirements of the national standard.
