摘要
建立一种气相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱法,用于对吡唑醚菌酯原药中硫酸二甲酯含量的快速分析。采用DB-5MS色谱柱,以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,采用程序升温法进行分离,以提取离子模式测定硫酸二甲酯的含量。该方法中硫酸二甲酯线性相关系数为0.9999,相对标准偏差为2.38%,平均回收率为101.3%,最低检出限为0.05μg/g。该方法可以应用于吡唑醚菌酯原药中硫酸二甲酯的质量控制,操作简单。
A rapid analysis method was established for the quantitative determination of dimethyl sulfate in pyraclostrobin using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The chromatographic separation of dimethyl sulfate was carried out on an DB-5MS column using ethyl acetate as the solvent in the programmed temperature condition and determine was conducted with Selected Ion Mode.The linear correlation coefficient of this method was 0.9999,the relative standard deviation was 2.38%,the average recovery was 101.3%and LOD was 0.05μg/g.The method is easy to operate and suitable to the quality control of dimethyl sulfate in pyraclostrobin technical material.
