摘要
通过巨菌草大田移栽试验,本文研究了施用不同用量尿素和微生物肥对巨菌草生长及产量的影响,为巨菌草施肥管理提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)随施肥量增加,尿素处理下的株高、产量均先升后降,在施用量600 kg·hm^(-2)时显著高于其他处理,SPAD值先逐渐上升而后超过用量600 kg·hm^(-2)无明显波动,分蘖数和茎粗均无明显变化;随施肥量增加,微生物肥处理下的株高、分蘖数、SPAD值、产量均先升后降,在施用量12 g/丛时显著高于其他处理,各施肥处理的茎粗之间无显著变化但显著高于CK。(2)尿素较微生物肥对巨菌草的株高、SPAD值、产量有显著提高作用;微生物肥较尿素对巨菌草的茎粗、分蘖数有显著提升作用。综上,本试验条件下巨菌草分别在尿素、微生物肥施用量600 kg·hm^(-2)、12 g/丛时生长最好,同时可为下一步巨菌草尿素和微生物肥配施提供理论参考。
The effects of different amounts of urea and biofertilizer on the growth and yield of Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin were studied through the field transplanting experiments,which provided a theoretical basis for the fertilization management of Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin.The results showed that with the urea fertilizer amount increasing,the plant height and yield increased at first and then decreased,which was significantly higher than other treatments with the application rate of 600 kg·hm^(-2),and the SPAD value increased gradually at first,then had no obvious fluctuations after the application rate exceeding 600 kg·hm^(-2),the stem diameter and tiller number had no obvious changes.With the biofertilizer application amount increase increasing,the plant height,tiller number,SPAD value,and yield all increased first and then decreased,which were significantly higher than other treatments with the application rate of 12 g/clump,and there were no significant differences between the stem diameters under all fertilizer treatments,but the values were all significantly higher than that of the CK group.Compared with the biofertilizer,the urea significantly increased the plant height,SPAD value,and yield of Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin,but the biofertilizer significantly increased the stem diameter and tiller number.In conclusion,under the conditions of this experiment,the plants grew best when urea and biofertilizer application rates were 600 kg·hm^(-2)and 12 g/clump,respectively.The results provided a theoretical reference for the combined application of the urea and biofertilizer.
