摘要
通过在丁苯橡胶(SBR)中填充国产环保型芳烃油得到了环保型橡胶SBR1723,利用GPC、DSC、DMA、流变测试、力学性能测试等方法将其与填充普通高芳烃油的SBR1712进行了结构与性能的对比。实验结果表明,SBR1723混炼胶与SBR1712混炼胶的门尼黏度、硫化特性、拉伸强度、动态力学性能等差异不大,但SBR1723混炼胶的流动性和基础性能较好,硫化后所得硫化胶断裂伸长率高、耐磨性较好。对以上述橡胶为胎面胶主体制备的轮胎进行实车使用测试,发现采用SBR1723制得的轮胎在舒适性、干地操纵性、加速度性能和油耗等方面具有优势。SBR1723可以直接替代SBR1712使用,具有环保优势,适合应用于绿色轮胎的生产中。
By filling domestic environmental friendly aromatic oil in styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR),the environmental friendly rubber SBR1723 was obtained.Its structure and properties were compared with SBR1712 that was filled with ordinary high aromatic oil by GPC,DSC,DMA,rheological test and mechanical property test.The results show that there is little difference between SBR1723 and SBR1712 in Mooney viscosity,vulcanization characteristics,tensile strength and dynamic mechanical properties.SBR1723 has good fluidity and basic properties,and the its vulcanizate has high elongation at break and good wear resistance.Tires prepared by SBR1712 and SBR1723 as main tread compound were tested for real vehicle use.It is found that the tires made by SBR1723 has advantages in comfort,drying manipulation,acceleration performance,and fuel consumption.SBR1723 can directly replace SBR1712.It has the advantage of environmental protection and is suitable for the production of green tires.
